By using CreatorCrawl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CreatorCrawl provides a REST API for accessing publicly available TikTok data. We act as a data intermediary — we do not store TikTok content, we retrieve it on your behalf when you make an API request.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up
- You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure
- One account per person or organization. Do not create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
- You must be at least 16 years old to use CreatorCrawl
Credits and payments
- Credits are purchased in packs and never expire
- All purchases are final. No refunds on credit packs that have been partially or fully used
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed
- Each API request costs 1 credit unless otherwise documented
- We reserve the right to change pricing for future credit pack purchases. Existing credits are not affected
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms when making a purchase
